Return Window and Eligibility

  • -Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
  • -Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • -Proof of purchase is required for every return request.

Fees and Non-Returnable Items

  • -Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • -Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • -Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How Returns Are Processed

  • -Return shipping is customer-paid unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
  • -Approved refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours after inspection.
